- Location: Moscow (Strict requirement)
- CPU: 2 vCPU Cores or more
- RAM: 4GB RAM or more
- Storage: 40GB+ (SSD/NVMe preferred)
- Bandwidth: 100Mbps port or higher
- Monthly Traffic: 1TB or more
- IP Address: Native Russian IP is highly preferred (Must not be geo-spoofed or incorrectly routed)
Budget & Payment
- Budget: Under $10 / month
- Payment Terms: Open to annual payment if there is a good discount.
