Whether you purchase the Priority Support package or not, support tickets always only receive the following template reply:
Hello,
We’re currently experiencing an issue on the node where your server is located.
Our dedicated team is actively working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you updated and notify you as soon as the issue is resolved.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Most companies have a template reply while the investigation is in the early stages, sometimes a simple reboot of the node will fix the issue which takes a few minutes, other times it can be hours of work such as a raid failure, until the onsite staff have looked at the cause and feedback a cause and timeline there is not much as they can tell you.
No one uses oneprovider here.
The server has been offline for over 6 hours now, and there’s still no concrete information. All we’ve received are template replies.
Six hours is nothing. When using OneProvider, you open one ticket, don't bump, don't spam, just wait - you'll probably get a human response within 48-72 hours and problem will be handled.
If you keep constant bumping, it'll take a week.
