I had an issue reaching the VPS yesterday, I had to manually assign the IP address over VNC.

    @Servitro
My VPS is unbearably slow. Your systems seem to be completely overloaded. A warning to everyone: the ticket response time is extremely slow. I only receive short, generic answers like "We will fix it ASAP", but nothing happens. After that, follow-up tickets are completely ignored. I also haven't received my double-up after 24 hours. This is not what I call support. While the network connection is excellent and fast, the system constantly freezes completely, and the SSH connection drops for seconds at a time. Installing a simple Python venv sometimes takes up to 10 minutes.

Please send my Money-Back as you Guarantee. I have created a ticket for it and cancelled the service.

    Dear Users,

We are getting complaints of servers having high CPU stealing and very slow disk speed. As a justification, I assure you that we don't overallocate the hypervisor CPU at all.

The issue is because of overprovisioned servers on one hypervisor (overused disk and swap), causing these frequent disconnections and timeouts.

Rest assured, we have added more hypervisors to our infrastructure, and we will migrate the servers to the new host starting in the next 24 hours. Also, I will compensate users for the problems caused.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Dear Users,

We have migrated approximately 300 servers to our new hypervisors. In case your server is still experiencing disk speed issues or CPU steal, please create a ticket so we can migrate your VM as well.

    Hello,

I have a few questions I'd like to know.

    New YABS results?

What are the CPU usage limits?

    What is your SLA?

@Servitro do I need to do anything to receive the compensation?

PayPal still settles in pounds sterling.
