Migrating from REGXA — need LiteSpeed Enterprise + cPanel + India/Singapore under $60/year [India]

Hey LET,
Migrating away from REGXA after a 6-day inbound mail outage. Root cause: their MTA was querying Spamhaus DNSBL through Cloudflare's public resolver (1.1.1.1). Spamhaus has blocked queries from public/open resolvers since 2022. REGXA could not fix it for 6 days. Moving on.
I am based in India.
Current REGXA plan I am trying to match or beat

Hard requirements
- India DC or Singapore DC — no US/EU-only hosts
- LiteSpeed Enterprise — not OpenLiteSpeed, not Apache. I will verify the edition before purchasing.
- cPanel — not hPanel, not SPanel, not DirectAdmin
- SSH access
- 50 GB+ NVMe storage minimum
- Managed shared hosting only — I already have VPSes and do not need another one. Looking specifically for a shared hosting product that competes with what REGXA is currently offering.
- Annual billing under $60 USD/year — no 3-year prepay tricks to hit the "annual" rate. The 12-month price must be under $60.
- Dedicated IPv4 would be a bonus — included or available as an affordable add-on.
What I have already researched
- Verpex Silver (~$36/yr Y1, ~$120/yr renewal) — fits year one, renewal is brutal. India + Singapore DC confirmed. MailChannels outbound confirmed. "Suspended without notice, no refund" Trustpilot cluster from 2025-2026 is making me nervous.
- ChemiCloud Turbo (~$78/yr annual) — over budget on annual billing. Best Mumbai routing (~2ms TTFB from India) and strongest long-tenure community testimony of anything I have looked at. Only fits at 3-year prepay (~$54/yr average). No price-lock guarantee on renewal.
- HostArmada Speed Reaper (~$59-65/yr) — LiteSpeed locked to top plan only, storage is 40 GB (below my floor). Strong support reputation. Bangalore + Singapore DCs.
- NameCrane SG (~$33/yr, stable renewal) — spec match is nearly perfect (50 GB NVMe, 1.5 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, JetBackup, Singapore). LET pedigree via Frantech/BuyVM. One dissenter calls it "7-10 unexpected downtimes per quarter." Is this a real pattern or a single bad experience?
- RackNerd SG (~$18-33/yr including Singapore surcharge) — now NVMe on next-gen Ryzen/DDR5 platform. India UPI accepted. LiteSpeed Enterprise confirmed. "Oversold" reputation keeps coming up.
- FastComet — eliminated. WHG acquisition April 2025, infrastructure replatformed onto Hosting.com servers.
- MilesWeb — eliminated. Trustpilot fake-review removal notice. Disables native cPanel backups. LiteSpeed edition unverifiable.
- Bluehost India / BigRock / Hostinger — eliminated on hard requirements (Apache / hPanel / Newfold).
- Ultahost — eliminated. ICANN breach notice, 728 phishing domains, bulletproof host designation. Hard no.
Questions
NameCrane Singapore — anyone running shared hosting workloads on the SG node right now? Is the downtime pattern real and recurring or isolated? Measured uptime over the last 6 months?
RackNerd Singapore shared — anyone on the new next-gen Ryzen/NVMe platform on the SG node? How does it perform under load? Is "oversold" still accurate on the new platform or legacy reputation?
Does anyone here have a good offer? I am open to providers not on my list above. If you run or know a provider that matches or beats the REGXA spec table above — India or Singapore DC, LiteSpeed Enterprise, cPanel, shared hosting, under $60/year annual — drop it here with full details. I will look at everything seriously.
Is there a host I have missed? The only two that survive all my filters at this price point right now are NameCrane and RackNerd Singapore. Happy to be proven wrong.
Annual migration / intro-hopping — for those doing this regularly: what is the real overhead? One migration weekend per year is realistic, or does it always bite somewhere?
Thanks in advance.

yabs!
Good luck.
I summarised everything
I am on a shared server there, but the service is hosted on a RISE-1 from OVH (128GB memory)
i dont care. share yabs.
Here are the YABS.

I don't think you'll find any at that price range. Too much requirements at very cheap price.

Any provider who can offer in any other locations at a lower price?
Also, a dedicated IP is only a nice-to-have, not a necessity.
This is the closest offer I could find for cpanel: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/217332/usa-uk-fr-sg-cpanel-nvme-hosting-from-2-10-mo-free-month-or-free-upgrade#p1 @EthernetServers
Was hoping this was a vps. I would love to get a small one in “Iraq” but they are so expensive now that I am on the lookout for a transfer
Thanks for the mention!
