    He used Stripe and a fake name, which violates our ToS, hence the service was also terminated additionally.

    The ticket was closed at 4:54 PM and we refunded at 4:58 PM.

    Regarding finding their actual identity Thats the real issue. beyond discord handles and a generic website, there is zero transparency. its hard to track down a ghost host that hides behind aliases and reports reviews the second things go south.

    I can tell you from experience that big names in this forum are less professional in my DMs than you'd might think I guess.

    Professionalism in our tickets has improved and needs to continue to improve. The difference is this thread has zero need for professionalism with how the ex-client (or fraudster if you may, as he violated our ToS) has chosen to behave.

    The difference is I don't need to be professional in this thread and I stopped giving a fuck long ago when I learnt this ex-client is complaining about a order, that was refunded four minutes after his issue was resolved, worth less than a Chipotle burrito, and is this dedicated to "ruining" a reputation, with zero evidence of such accusations ever occurring even.

    I'm given a lot of freedom and I'm going to exercise whatever freedom when I am not on the clock or in company channels/tickets.

    I've done a lot of work for Nate and it's paid off. It's still a lot of work left to do and he's very grumpy to let me do it.

    I can tell you one thing, even the least professionalism I've shown is warranted.
