@HostVDS, let me get this straight —
You said my VPS was being "migrated to our India data center."
That was months ago.
Even if you had to build a real data center from scratch — pouring concrete, installing racks, laying fiber — it would be done by now.
But my VPS? Still "migrating." Actually no — now it's just gone.
So either you're lying about the migration, or you're lying about the data center.
Either way, impressive waste of time.
We understand your frustration, and you're right to call us out on this.
We're sorry for how this situation was handled. The data center turned out to be an unreliable partner, and when we arrived to retrieve our equipment, the server had already been stripped, with most drives and memory removed. Unfortunately, this made data recovery impossible.
We've completely ended our relationship with that provider, and the old India location has been decommissioned.
We're preparing a relaunch in a new Tier-III facility on new hardware, and we'll share details once everything is finalized.
For your specific case, please send us your account email via PM, and we'll refund the full period your VPS remained in migration status.
