Virtono (DE) IPv6

I have a VPS from Virtono in Germany with IPv6 (in the range 2a0e:1d80:0002:xxxxxxx)

On April 20th I submitted a ticket that IPv6 is not working since a few weeks. However their support is really really bad!

I got a reply within 24hours that I should check again (not fixed). Then I had to send 3 reminders (and my ticket was closed) asking them to fix it.

On May 6th I got a reply that it was escalated to the network team. However after checking today it is still not fixed and my ticket was closed again.

Any other people having these issues?

same problem, so I canceled the service, and I will cancel the other 3 also ! that's now how customers should be treated. @virtono

Aren't those the guys that used pretty much regularly just rerolled the locations of their customers VPSs at random and in the end just geospoofed like half their network or am i getting something mixed up there?
