  Yeah sure totally, that IP is owned by an account here. Some other IP address ranges you might be able to find LET users on include 10.0.0.0/8, fc00::/7, and 192.168.0.0/16, make sure to test for LET users on those with a quick nmap -sn --disable-arp-ping -PE --send-ip --min-rate 1000000 --max-retries 0 -T5 once per address in that range, make sure to read your firewall logs when you do that so you can know for sure

  Well, this range might belong to a certain AS number, but a specific reseller could be selling it. I want to know if a particular reseller currently has this range.

  According to whois: https://www.sim-networks.com/en Never seen them anywhere before though. I kinda doubt you will find a reseller around here but it seems you can buy VPS/dedis directly from them.
