Pulsed Media doesn't want to transfer my service and stopped responding to my ticket.

Hello.

I am not criticising in anyway but just want to get some help. Apologies if I have misunderstood anything or done anything wrong, please point out.

So I started off wanting to transfer the service by changing my email address. I thought it is easier in this way so they can just go ahead and change the email but they rejected with good reasons related to security issues, fairs and I agreed.

Did some research and here https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/index.php/knowledgebase/76/Can-i-move-a-service-to-another-client.html and realised that stated it is fine to transfer a service to another client. Should have seen this in the first place.

So I went and closed the old ticket, opened a new one to request the service transfer.

    It's that stupid ass clanker again, don't expect any useful responses.

    I had a ticket open for several weeks for a simple problem (which rendered the service unusable) which was not resolved to which I just decided to let the service expire.

    You didn't request properly for one thing. The little black censor in your first ticket can't fit the Pulsed Media user ID and email address of who you want it transferred to.

    Maybe if you read and did what you quoted, the automation would have just done it by now.

I've had to deal with it a few times when my browser autofilled stuff and I didn't notice as I use unique aliases per host. It's annoying but everybody's got their policies. I wonder if @PulsedMedia ai support will ever be able to help with this sort of thing, maybe you just have to hope the guy notices the thread here and deigns to help out (or officially deny, whatever).

    Seems like Pulsedmedia terms only apply in some cases. :-)

  • Just want to let you guys know that I gave up. not bothered to take any further actions on some stupid hosting company that uses AI for everything, the service is only 10 euro so it's only a cost of a maccies meal.

    What am I going to do with it? I am helping anna's archive by seeding torrents for an entire year. hooray!

    By the way, the AI should correctly route the ticket to a human if you asked for that specifically. It's not clear from the ticketing system but I believe the status of the ticket changes to "In progress" from "Customer Reply"
