I'm a student looking to expand my TikTok automation project and I’m on a tight budget. I am currently looking for affordable VPS options in the following regions:
USA
Japan (JP)
Netherlands (NL)
My specific requirements:
IP Quality: Must have high-quality IP addresses. Ideally, they should be identified as Residential/ISP or have excellent fraud scores (clean enough to pass TikTok's region detection).
Network: Stable connection for video uploads. 100Mbps port is sufficient.
Budget: Since I am a student managing a small matrix, I am looking for the most cost-effective "direct from provider" deals.
Quantity: I might start with 3-6 instances and scale up if the IP quality is consistent.

Good look on your journey but $3 is probably hardly going to get you bunch of unstable proxies that already got banned 5 times.

Has anyone tried operating TikTok using a clean data center IP address?
Market price is what the handful of persons willing/capable of getting you this are asking. I kind of doubt anyone would be willing to do something non-shitty below 10x your $3. Probably better to expect 20-30x.
People here operate smaller stuff like $7/year chickens, not TikTok or Google
