8 GB RAM
300-400 GB SSD Storage (Must be Raid 1 or Raid 5 or Raid 10)
Port: 300-500 Mbps fine!
Bandwidth: 5TB (minimum)
Operating System: Almalinux 8
Location: Anywhere in Europe
Should be 99.99% Uptime
Monthly Budget: 5 USD (I will purchase it for 1 year)
