  Yes, it is. No traffic cap, no FUP, no surprise bill at month end - move whatever you want.

  The only practical limit; it's a 10 Gbps shared port, so 24/7 full-line saturation isn't fair to the other VMs on the host. Bursts and normal heavy use are fine, sustained max-out gets a polite ticket.

  Call it shared-port fair-use if you want. Traffic itself is uncapped - you won't hit a wall at any volume. What we can't sell is dedicated 10G on a shared port, that's just physics.
