  @Turbo_Pascal I've trusted @EthernetServers for shared hosting since September 7, 2022. I've experienced no downtime, and they were the first to provide IPv6 support for my website through cPanel. I run WordPress for my personal site.

  I've seen this warning at least a couple times. Where should one look for shared web hosting (in the United States) when a business depends on it?

  I'd replace that by "Never carelessly use LET providers for production purposes, in particular super-cheap VPS"

  In other words:

  • Check who recommends a VPS!
  • Check the provider along reasonable and adequate criteria!
  • Check your own planning/design/situation!
  • Absolutely have (preferably 2) backup servers in place as well as regular and frequent (within reason) backupping!
  • Have a healthy relation between the project and the VPS - also and in particular re price!

  I have multiple VPSs from different providers that have been reliable and good over long periods. To name just two off the top of my head: @host_c and @HostDZire but there certainly are others too.
