Infrastructure & Panel
We use a custom panel instead of using Virtualizor. It includes ISO mounting, traffic graphs, backups, rDNS for IPv4 and IPv6, DDoS logs, noVNC, action logs and live usage stats. We do not oversell and you can see the real node stats directly in the panel.
Mail ports are blocked by default. If you need them, you can open a ticket with your use case. Every VPS comes with a /64 IPv6 subnet.
All servers are hosted in Equinix Frankfurt datacenters (FR5, FR7, FR8) with redundant power, advanced cooling, strict security and renewable energy.

It depends on what you want to use them for. On the first one, Windows Server 2012 experiences occasional hangs, but it works.
Somehow their panel showed certificate errors when I tried to visit their links.
I have hundreds of small WP sites. VPS like this, I would run one maybe two sites.
I purchased a server and requested a refund due to constant outages, but they only offered to refund me as a site balance. Apparently, this was because it was a cryptocurrency payment, which is ridiculous and pathetic.
They use cryptocurrency for payments but don't refund in cryptocurrency... I feel like it's a scam.

This is quite pointless then. There are no guarantees, it looks like a complete scam.
If a service is terrible, why would I need to get another server from them?
The 48-hour refund policy still applies, however as stated in our ToS, crypto payments are not refundable via the original payment method. We can instead refund the amount as account credit.
You are not required to purchase another server.
