when does vercel suspend for excessive resource usage?

I already exceeded my Active CPU time 2 days ago on the free plan of vercel and they still haven't suspended my site or made it slower.
are they even gonna suspend it or what is gonna happen?
The free limit is of 4 hours but I am on 4 hours 21 minutes now.

Is this in "Tutorials" because you want to get suspended? Please don't come back and make a "this provider suspended me for blah" thread when you are suspended...

lol hahaha . Forgot to select while posting. I think this belongs to offtopic or something. don't know. And no man they have been great by offering free resources. I am praising them. Really good host.
They usually don’t cut you off instantly, there’s often a bit of delay or grace before anything happens. Sometimes they just throttle builds or performance later instead of immediate suspension. You’ll likely get a warning or see limits kick in soon if it keeps going. If you’re close to the edge, it’s a good idea to plan for an upgrade or alternative
why use vercel over a vps with say opn-claw?
