  Dunno about dedis but I've successfully done spoofage tunnel using VPS from @avsisp (Macedonia) and @MAXKO_Hosting (Serbia & Bulgaria).

  Dude, why stop at vps? With careful planning, you could have purchased starlink so you could watch anime anytime you want (electricity required)
