    I am writing to escalate two pending tickets (Ticket #XWA-981947 and Ticket #KYP-702163) which have remained unanswered for over 96 hours.

    As I am scaling my infrastructure to accommodate my domains, a 4-day response lag presents a significant SLA Risk to my operations. I require a status update on these technical queries immediately to ensure long-term viability with your platform.

    If technical support is currently delayed due to high volume, please provide an ETA for resolution.

    Kinda same. I have pretty good uptime. Just a few minute downtime where my VM got stuck randomly. After telling it to them on Discord, it got up within minutes.

    I am waiting for 4 days to do an upgrade and nobody replies to my tickets.
    It seems they are too busy on other important stuff and the hosting is left on auto pilot.

    If you face such poor support, it is unthinkable that you look for a way to pay more money to this host.

    I am communicating directly with the owner in PMs here on LET about the simplest operation, delete and recreate my service on the updated platform - I even sacrificed my VPS setup and was ready to set up it from scratch to make it easier for them, not asking for data migration - and it still takes 1.5 weeks and counting. Latest reply was, "will be done today or tomorrow" - 5 days ago.

    @Chunkserve you realize how all this doesn't create the best impression of your service?

    Server should be up, nothing down on our side. Please issue a ticket, and we will check. Regarding SSL, autorenew failed - just that. Re-requested certificate manually :)

    I just paid invoice #5633 ($9.99) today via Stripe using my MasterCard (ending 2424). My bank confirmed the charge went through successfully (transaction time: 2026-05-05 15:35 UTC+8, merchant: CHUNKSERVE* INVOICE 56 CHOJNICE PL).
    But right after payment, the page redirected to login, and now when I check my account, the invoice still shows as "Unpaid" and says "No Related Transactions Found". My server expiry date also hasn't updated.
    I've already opened a support ticket: Ticket #KFH-704935 – just wanted to mention it here in case it helps speed things up.
