MadCityServers website and service gone? [Exit Scam?]

I have worked with MadCityServers for over a year now and they have just disappeared? Their website is gone and I can not get into any of my services. Does anyone know what is going on? I am set to be billed on the 4th.. anyone able to get into contact with the owner?
I am looking for a Northern NAE replacement if this doesn't get resolved. I had a 9950x vps.

Send me a message if you want something, but their pricing was basically unsustainable if you had a deal. Might not be able to match it.

What are you looking for exactly? Specs? Locations? Price?
I am looking for it to be hosted out of the NJ, NY, VA (Northern NAE area). Specs I had before were Ryzen 9950x with 12 cores allocated. 36gb of ram, with 360gb of nvme ssd storage. So looking for something to replace that.
How much were you paying? Seems unsustainable for 9950x.

Is that really what it's called? I am not from anywhere near there but NAE is a concept / Northern NAE is a new thing I learnt today, I thought NJ NY VA was just "tri state area" before
I can only imagine people would be less suspicious of getting hacked if this wasn't a yearly thing

I host game servers that are pretty core intensive so Ryzen 9 9950x is preferred.
If you can make EPYC work.. these might be contenders.
