Looking for a 10g/300tb/broadband server in the western United States.

I have a budget of $200 USD and would like to rent a 10G/300TB server in the western United States. Configuration is not limited! IPv4 can be added.I am from South Korea, and the server will be used to set up a VPN service with the goal of enabling the people of North Korea to access the real internet.
