  Yes. Privateserver not Private server.

  For now, minimal specs will sufficy. 1-2cores and 1-4G RAM

  Maybe, but I heard its law there. Im more worried about them giving out my info easily than then knowing it.

  Can't really help, but I can bump this thread from top to top by asking:
  What is russian offshore.
  Is this supposed to be offshore of Russia - so like Arctic?
  Is this supposed to be offshore [from UE/USA] by actually being in Russia?
  Is this... are you looking for watercooled server in Russia waters?

  By the way, there is a law on the protection of personal data, which also applies to the seller. It is illegal to ask the buyer to upload documents remotely. The buyer has the right to refuse.
