Prager-IT banned my account for no reason
Hey,
Posting this as a warning.
I placed an order with Prager-IT. After communicating over the day, my account was banned without any clear explanation. No abuse, no unusual activity; just normal onboarding.
Then they started insisting I had to change my RIPE contact details multiple times:
1. splitting address into separate fields
2. changing organisation naming
3. basically forcing edits that weren’t actually required
Instead of provisioning the service, they kept blocking progress over minor details.
After that:
1. Account got banned
2. Order got rejected
3. And I never received a refund
They explicitly stated the order wouldn’t be accepted, but despite that, the payment has not been returned.
Communication was slow and not helpful, and the whole situation feels very unprofessional. Feels like my time has been wasted as I needed the subnet to expand...
Be careful if you plan to order here, this was a complete waste of time and money.

Prager is the worst scumbag; there are plenty of stories like that. The best thing to do is make sure that bitch gets what he deserves (legally speaking, of course)

No, it was the only option and it is usual within the EU to just pay by bank transfer as we have good infrastructure for it. This is sadly not refundable / chargebackable.
We will ensure that legal action will be taken here. Since it's EU country <-> EU country legal action will have serious consequences and serious impact.
