May I ask a stupid question, since I am new-ish around here.
What is the appeal of a JP or specifically JP (Softbank) chicken vs other locales? VPN? Seemed like a lot of people wanted that specifically. If anyone can let me know I would appreciate it.
It’s mainly because a lot of buyers are from China, and SoftBank’s network usually has better routing and performance to China.

I got the JP Softbank last year and regretted it due to a lot of packet loss to my isp (Philippines).
I sold/transferred it a few months back and replaced it a few days ago with one in Hong Kong DC1, which is much better.
I transferred the JP one to a guy in China and apparently it has good routing there. But outside of China, it might not always be the best.

JP region in my case, VPN for game especially region locked since its for my community
on IIJ vs Softbank, in my experience IIJ SG sometimes throwing you to IIJ US before going to IIJ JP because they sometimes overloaded
I have Budget3KVM-JP3 on IIJ line with this kind of ping when they going rerouting
and this Softbank line (ping higher around ~10ms)

But lately i haven't getting any ping-stroke so its just best guess on my end
Blame my ISP ? sure, but they can't do anything after the connection get out from ID, and contacted GC, they said connection were okay no problem on GC end. then what can i do ? spinning round in bed ?
What is the application for detecting packet loss like the screenshot? Can I deploy on the server?
