Come on I don't think so, or the new firm would be in Dubai not Sicily. The weather might be similar though. @dasabo the expectations are high, give me the Dubai firm by 2027. And some pics of your wife in bikini :D
Probably some tax/financial tricks
They need to add 1 more X…
@Dasabo
No idea...just an email I got from them. It goes on to say:
"In practical terms:
...if you divided the transaction by about 11 orders of magnitude.
Italy also uses SRL.

Dear Customer,
we would like to share with you an important update regarding the evolution of the DASABO group’s corporate structure, as part of a broader growth and consolidation strategy developed over recent months.
We are pleased to inform you that DASABO OU has been fully acquired by DASABO SRL, including all its strategic assets, such as technological infrastructure, operational platforms, active services, and existing contracts. This transition has been carefully designed to strengthen our organizational structure, streamline internal processes, and ensure even higher standards of quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
This marks a natural step toward a more centralized and efficient organization, better equipped to support the future development of DASABO services, while preserving the operational continuity our customers rely on.

The bit about agreements and pricing staying the same unless otherwise communicated stinks of Velox Media. Chargeback yesterday.
I feel them kinda. They tried the easy estonian company setup, saw accounting was gonna be hell and switched to their actual residence country. I almost made the same mistake.
And so you pronounce it S.R.L. as opposed to saying "Cyril" ?
Dasabo Ltd. Part of Dasabo Inc.
I'd totally buy this being a normal strategic move if they hadn't put the weasel words about contracts in there. I have to assume that this wasn't an arms length transaction, so they likely don't have standing to invalidate any agreements they have with their customers, but there is a lot of guesswork as I'm not a lawyer, I haven't taken business law classes in either jurisdiction like I have in the US, and we have no details of the actual transaction that occurred.
Probably just restructuring for legal reasons. Couldn't care less personally but something tells me owners are better protected now if shit hits the fan.
Dasabo Inc. part of Dasabo stink.
@Dasabo are you multiplying in a dark room by yourself? How do you keep yourself from killing other copies of yourself to become the true ruler?
Is he talking his own birthdate?? Company is named after the first 2 letter of his names after all.
lol
Hello everyone,
I didn't quite understand the tone of your messages. In any case, a very brief explanation of the email we sent.
DASABO OU (a company with registered office in Estonia, therefore within the European Union) has been liquidated and all its assets have been acquired by DASABO SRL (a company with jurisdiction in Italy, therefore also within the European Union). The choice of Italy stems from several commercial agreements we are making with important clients in Italy, including public administrations. Therefore, this change in the legal structure was made purely for administrative reasons; nothing radical or fundamental changes for our clients.
Regards,
Dave
If there is one thing I’ve learned on LET it’s to always expect this sort of tone in all messages on LET. 😆
@Dasabo, is this how you intend to pay for the acquisition?
This is on a merchant-locked Privacy card that can only be used on Dasabo, and I have 3 services with Dasabo that, combined, total around $30/y.
