Gotten a job offer yet they low balling me lol, I hate it when companies act like that's the best they can do when I know how much another person is paid, tried to negotiate but failed.

That's the life sometimes. We just have to turn around and move on, find another opportunity.

The sun will shine for us also. One day... It will.

    Keep going. Wish you luck.

Sad but thats the untold truth across the globe.

    How much are they lowballing?

Is it customary to post expected compensation ranges upfront or this happens way later in the process?

In the US (latest third world developing country) i see that ranges are typically listed for tech roles these days. Kinda makes it easy to filter on both ends.

But yeah there are some scummy companies that backtrack on the same

~15% despite I mentioned about my expected value beforehand which they say most likely not an issue. I try to meet-in-the-middle at 7.5% but yet they say no. In Singapore they don't need to be transparent about it.

I mean... I don't think I can run a business well enough to be honest. I am potentially a good leader/boss, but I focus more on letting everyone happy than making money for the company.

    Congratulations, Little Dino!

interviewed with several companies this week, and I just wrapped up the final round this afternoon with one that particularly interests me.

though the salaries offered aren't exactly high, I would be perfectly satisfied just to land a job opportunity—after all, I'm still young...

    Let's wish ourselves good luck.

    Is this true? https://www.glassdoor.sg/Salaries/singapore-senior-software-engineer-salary-SRCH_IL.0,9_IM1123_KO10,34.htm

If yes, seems like a nice salary and even better than EU. Although not sure how much is net.

Try every flash sale. The more you try the more you are familiar with the flow. You need to know the flow and product deep enough to be fast. For example, I know there isn't Budget-1 for APAC region, so I should look for Budget-2 instantly if the code applies to all Budget series.

Then the obvious one being use a desktop / laptop and ensure you are logged in at all time. Tick the remember me, enable autocomplete, save your payment details in browser.

Going to sleep now and let me worry about job tomorrow.

For Median thats about the value for Degree holders if in Singapore Dollar. Need to divide by about 1.3 if you think that's in US Dollar.
