I'm looking for a VPS provider that uses network capacity from Safe Value Limited (AS42745).
I am specifically interested in the 193.233.63.0/24 range (or similar ranges announced by this ASN). Based on available data, this ASN appears to be used as an infrastructure or upstream provider rather than a direct retail host, so I’m looking for any downstream resellers or VPS providers offering virtual servers within this network.
Requirements:
Location: (preferably EU / flexible depending on availability)
Network: AS42745 (Safe Value Limited)
IP range: 193.233.63.0/24 or nearby prefixes

overall im certain this is either sold via telegram directly without a website or by private deals with certain hosts involved with netshield (and downstreams of them)
this asn is not hosting in the seychelles, the servers are not located there, looking over the upstreams it more of looks like russia based servers

If you really need a platform in 'seychelles' then hostcay.com has VPS geofaked in Seychelles but hosted from Netherlands.
As that entire 193.233.63.0/24 range you provided is the same but hosted from Russia it should essentially be the same experience for you, unless of course you're committing cybercrimes.
That ASN is just stormwall.pro (RU) / stormwall.network (INT)'s shady ASN for shady clients.
