    I'm still looking for a job right now and am a bit strapped for cash, so I'll hold off for a little while longer.

    1. whmcs (incomplete) charged based on existing account. Not account with active hosting (based on @MannDude explanation, specifically on domain services account)
    2. If they let customer purchase without an existing account, flash sales will be OOS in seconds as mjjs use bot. That also drive billing related abuse.
