[SCAM ALERT] JustHost.ru Fabricates Fake Refund Evidence - Avoid at All Costs!

⚠️ Summary: The "Time-Traveling" Refund

JustHost is engaging in fraudulent practices. They provided a fake transaction hash as "proof" of a refund—a transaction that occurred before I even requested the refund and to a wrong blockchain network. When confronted, they simply closed my tickets.

📅 The Timeline of Fraud

I purchased their services on February 14, 2026.

After testing, I found the VPS performance to be subpar. On that same day (February 14, 2026, at 23:26:19), I requested a refund and, in accordance with their policy, provided the following TRC20 receiving address: TTHc9EFUwunQo4Efyxxxxxxf1Q4j.

On February 15, 2026, they replied asking me to try a system reinstall, promising an immediate refund if I remained unsatisfied.

I agreed. After the reinstall, the performance was still disappointing. Consequently, on February 18, 2026, I reiterated my refund request to the same TRC20 address: TTHc9EFUwunQo4Efyxxxxxxf1Q4j.

On February 19, 2026, they confirmed that the refund was being processed.

On March 29, 2026, after seeing no funds, I opened a ticket. They responded that the refund process takes between 2 to 45 days.

I waited patiently, yet no refund arrived. On April 24, 2026, I contacted them again. They response was ridiculous: you claimed the refund had been sent to the address 0xaa8ba7d4611437141192e7ceced531bc0a133efb with the Transaction Hash: 0x73c2a7edbaff769bba7d5aed6abba25de616f6cb5d67456232964b0d407ed613.

🚨 Critical Evidence

Please pay close attention to the timestamp of the transaction they provided: Transaction Date: Feb 14, 2026, 03:19:47

Logical Flaw: JustHost actually claims they issued a refund in the early morning of February 14th. This is four days before my final refund request on February 18th, and even 20 hours earlier than my very first complaint on the night of February 14th!

They are clearly using a past, unrelated transaction record to cover up the fact that they are refusing to issue a refund.

🚫 Hostile Customer Support

I submitted a detailed ticket highlighting these timeline contradictions and the mismatch in network addresses. However, instead of explaining this "time-traveling" logic error, JustHost support closed my ticket directly without any response or explanation.

📢 Conclusion

Do not trust JustHost with your money. They do not honor their refund policy and will stoop to fabricating blockchain evidence to avoid paying back their customers.

Please spread the word: Stay away from JustHost and protect your assets.

  • However, the experience itself is absolutely real.

  • People shouldn't expect refunds when paying by crypto.

Our typical offer terms do provide push-up refunds *, so you can buy with confidence.

They probably aren't fluent in English. Nonetheless, I can't help but notice that almost every "scam - avoid at all costs" post here is written with AI. What happened to expressing your issues in your own words?

I thought that was standard tbh, but why approve refund then fake it?

The situation is such that we cannot reliably tell if incompetence or malice. E.g, "I saw a refund on that day, I just didn't take two seconds to verify the time and amount was correct".

Besides, we all know the proper answer to keep crypto is that the bank froze the funds and customer needs to provide source of funds to get refund.

This is their refund policy; I wouldn't have made the purchase without this specific clause.

Strange thing, because they usually refund on request... it just takes ages, and that's really ages for the money to appear in the bank/PayPal account.

But they don't fight over this and actually do it without objection.

I find that unlikely. In reality, most customers only review the refund policy once they’ve decided to seek a return, rather than prior to purchase. Please consider a different approach to badmouth them.

    Hi,

We have seen this thread and are checking the case internally.

The situation described here is serious, especially regarding the refund transaction hash, blockchain network, refund address, and ticket closure. We are verifying the order, refund records, transaction details, and support history.

We do not want to speculate before the internal review is complete. Once we confirm the facts, we will provide a clear update here.

If an incorrect transaction hash or support handling mistake was made on our side, we will acknowledge it and correct the situation.
