does this mean that,
I can create maximum 20 email IDs.
And each email ID will get 5GB storage.
Total storage = 20 × 5GB = 100GB (but split per mailbox, not pooled)
And I can use multiple domains for creating email IDs??
Yes, you can create multiple users under multiple domains, totaling up to 20 email users, each with 5GB of space/mailbox.

@NameBig Are you also gonna offer mail relay services? Would be great.
I found the getting started article on DNS to be worth the price of admission. Very comprehensive.
Proper Documentation → Fewer Support Tickets → Lower Labor Costs → More Competitive Pricing

No, I don't want to go that route right now; I'll stick with Simple Business email for the foreseeable future.
Hi Vikas, opened a ticket #1002 and waiting for you to have a look

For a few months I have been sending a few personalised emails to some people I need to deal with in my community.
I grabbed a few cheap new Top level Domains (nTLDs) - .TOP and .XYZ and .VIP but found that my emails were getting dropped into the recipient’s Spam folders. I was also trying various hosting providers, but with no success.
Then I found this offer from MailBig. I signed up hoping that MailBig would solve my issues.
After carefully following the guide provided by Vikas at MailBig, I managed to lower the spam scores of my emails to a “5”. Even with the magic provided by MailBig, some emails still went to spam, but the overall delivery rate had improved.
After some more research I found that Spamassasin automatically gave many nTLDs (.top, .xyz, .vip .club etc.....) a score of “5”. So it was on to Plan “B” where I would switch to use one of my .COM domain names.
Now with MailBig and careful DNS I am getting spam scores of “0”. Yeah!
I don't have any credible evidence, but cheap tlds like xyz, top, and tk are more likely to end up in spam boxes.
I created several tools to assist users in achieving a zero spam score, such as an automatic record scanner and an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide.
And I strongly recommend that you try our bigwebmail webmail client, which is very simple to use and packed with features.
