It is actually a pretty good deal

I think I should have bought this to replace my Ryzen10GbpsSG-1 I bought 5 years ago and still renewing because I dont know where's the cancellation button

Nothing replaces this in SG tho:

Would you swap this deal with bottle of pee by any chance? Asking for a friend @Murv

You’re the first person I’ve ever seen testing a fraud system.

When will the promotion be released? Is this the promo code: T6Y69H0PMY?

The new promo code is scheduled to be released in 2067.

I'm speechless—that turned out to be a promo code.

@NDTN "No staff's mistake"? Sure. I guess my original JP-Softbank order just magically transformed into SG by itself when the upgrade invoice was generated. (Please see the screenshot below).

I genuinely want to thank your first support agent who spent time helping me clear the initial fraud flag. They were fantastic. Ironically, it was precisely because I was so grateful and trusted that agent that I paid the new 3-year upgrade invoice without double-checking the location details. My only mistake was blindly trusting your internal upgrade process.

Refunding me and banning my account (ac01) just to avoid admitting a simple clerical error is certainly a choice. Thanks for the refund, anyway.

I would prefer to focus our time on processing deals, but as you are still complaining here. Please review the attached screenshots: you placed the order for 2222 SG DC1 VF at 06:28 UTC+0. Our system sent you a confirmation with Order ID 5617128843 and Invoice #1296937, as you noted in the ticket.

While you set the hostname for this server as 'softbank,' this does not change the physical location of the order. So just move on and stop abusing our thread/support, OK?

Nice move banning my account so I can't access the ticket logs to show the full context.

I never denied that I paid the SG invoice or that I should have checked it—I even publicly thanked the first agent for their help. But you are conveniently ignoring the "Why": Why did a JP-Softbank order suddenly turn into SG during the manual upgrade process?

If you actually looked at the entire ticket instead of just picking one screenshot, you’d see:

1.My goal from the start was JP-Softbank. Other locations were only used to test your fraud system.

2.Once I successfully got the JP-Softbank order and the fraud was cleared, I asked for the $60/3yr upgrade.

3.The agent made a clerical error and issued the upgrade for SG instead of JP.

Why don't you check the original order I was trying to upgrade? Was it JP-Softbank or not? My only mistake was blindly trusting your staff's manual work. Your mistake was the location swap itself, and now, your refusal to admit it. Stop deflecting.

Initially, I tried to support your claim, but once I saw that you had multiple orders, I realized it was likely a mistake on your end. Since the refund has already been processed, let’s leave it at that.No need to worry about it. If you keep participating in similar GreenCloud events, you’re bound to snag one eventually.
