Our system sent you a confirmation with Order ID 5617128843 and Invoice #1296937, as you noted in the ticket.

    While you set the hostname for this server as 'softbank,' this does not change the physical location of the order. So just move on and stop abusing our thread/support, OK?

    After realizing the provisioned node was in SG, I reached out to support again. The next agent, Vu Le, completely ignores the context of how this invoice was generated. He acknowledges my original order was JP, but insists that because the final manual invoice said SG, it is 100% my fault for not checking.

    I admit I should have double-checked the invoice before paying. However, the root cause is a clear clerical error made by GreenCloud staff during a manual upgrade. It is extremely disappointing that the current agent refuses to acknowledge their team's initial mistake, blames me entirely, and expects me to pay to fix an error that I didn't initiate.
