Hi @NDTN and everyone, I am looking for a fair review regarding a recent Flash Sale order. I want to start by saying I am genuinely grateful for the help I initially received from your support team, but the subsequent handling of a clerical error has been very frustrating.

    Ticket Number: #235154

1.The Fraud Issue: I tried to purchase the 2222 JP Softbank plan but was repeatedly blocked by false "Fraud" flags.
2.Great Initial Support: I opened a ticket and your agent, Tu Do Anh, was incredibly helpful. He instructed me to place a new order so he could manually bypass the system check for me.
3.Original Order: I successfully placed an order for the 2222 JP Softbank ($22/year). (See attached screenshot).
4.The Clerical Error: I then asked Tu Do Anh to kindly upgrade this JP order to the $60/3-year billing cycle so I could get the double RAM promo. He manually updated the invoice for me. Unfortunately, during this manual upgrade process, he accidentally switched the location from JP to SG.
5.My Oversight: Because I had spent all morning exhaustingly fighting the fraud system, and because I was so grateful and completely trusted Tu Do Anh's manual fix, I paid the updated invoice immediately without double-checking the location details.

    The Core Issue Now:
After realizing the provisioned node was in SG, I reached out to support again. The next agent, Vu Le, completely ignores the context of how this invoice was generated. He acknowledges my original order was JP, but insists that because the final manual invoice said SG, it is 100% my fault for not checking.

I admit I should have double-checked the invoice before paying. However, the root cause is a clear clerical error made by GreenCloud staff during a manual upgrade. It is extremely disappointing that the current agent refuses to acknowledge their team's initial mistake, blames me entirely, and expects me to pay to fix an error that I didn't initiate.

@NDTN, I really appreciate the initial help your team provided to get me past the fraud system. Could you please review this ticket and help me get the 2222 JP Softbank node I originally ordered? Thank you!

I have reviewed the case and issued you the refund and cancelled the order. You did place the order with the Singapore location, not the JP Softbank. There was no staff's mistake as stated by you in this case.

Something upsetting happened today. While I was trying to snag a deal on 12.12, I accidentally paid for a $6/month VPS that was already in my cart. Customer service wouldn't let me get a refund, so the joy of successfully purchasing it has vanished.

@NDTN "No staff's mistake"? Sure. I guess my original JP-Softbank order just magically transformed into SG by itself when the upgrade invoice was generated. (Please see the screenshot below).

I genuinely want to thank your first support agent who spent time helping me clear the initial fraud flag. They were fantastic. Ironically, it was precisely because I was so grateful and trusted that agent that I paid the new 3-year upgrade invoice without double-checking the location details. My only mistake was blindly trusting your internal upgrade process.

Refunding me and banning my account (ac01) just to avoid admitting a simple clerical error is certainly a choice. Thanks for the refund, anyway.
