I’m looking for a cheap VPS located only in Germany (DE).
Requirements:
CPU: 1–2 vCPU
RAM: 2 GB
Storage: 20–40 GB SSD / NVMe
Location: Germany only
Payment: upfront for 1 year (preferred)
IPv4 included
Location strictly Germany (Frankfurt / Nuremberg / Falkenstein etc.).
Budget: flexible, but obviously looking for best price/performance ratio, not branding.

Price is mostly sensitive to whether you need/want dedicated IPv4 or if NAT VPS is acceptable.
Eiher way, just dial in what you want in Serverhunter and pick your poison. Plenty of options in the $1-2 per month range.
For example, if you are OK with NAT VPS, Tierhive has a Frankfurt location and you can spin up whatever you need using hourly billing. Prices are $1 on the low end of your spec and $2 on the high end.
