Bought the beast (4C/16GB/160GB) on monthly to see if the performance works and hopefully move it to annual once all works.

I wonder how many minutes/hours hostbrr allows for full usage of all the cores.

A lot xD Last week I maxed out for almost a day (as in 24 hours), never heard a peep. Now if you do that every 3 days maybe but not reasonably.

I think they're still waiting for a 3rd anniversary sale.

  • Made a mistake and got a "storage box" from them. 20MB/s on a good day. Waste of time and money.

Cool. Either you can open a ticket so we can look into it or you can get a refund.

Multiple were opened. 50MB/s after the "node move", and same after a week.
I paid around 2$/TB annually, not a huge hit in the pocket, but still a bad taste.

    Care to address this?

I'm sure I'm not the only one. And definitely not a misconfiguration. The benchmarks
were made on a live OS using your rescue ISO.

Then it's not a storage box but a VPS.

Can you point me to a ticket # so I can look?

I'm not sure what you want me to address. This isn't a support forum. If people want and need support then tickets is the place to go. If people just want to complain then this is the right place.

Honestly, 20 MB/s is more than enough for most people, especially at that price.
If you need NVME Speed, don't buy HDD Storage...

If you got the Anniversary sale, with the 6TB storage, please contact me :D I'll take it.

Good but we've had better if the provider found still keeps the price you started with. We've been fucking lucky compared to todays prices (not in any way a diss to the providers, today's HW prices are so fucked...)

Maybe it's the read/write speed for small files. I have boxes in the U.S. and Germany, and they handle large files very quickly.
