  What would pricing look like if it's 4 CPU/4G RAM, 1 public IP? I only need the extra RAM/IPs if it's bare metal.

  It's the storage driving the cost. Minimum price for 4 CPU/4G RAM, 1 public IP w/4TB HDD would be $30 per month.

  If you're willing to pay for a triennial plan, take a look at GreenCloud's top provider thread.

  Storage servers on triennial plan get double SATA Disk and double bandwidth. US servers in Utah, Phoenix, or Illinois.
