Is it normal that CloudCone hasn't responded to the withdrawal for a long time?

It's been a month since I first withdrew to PayPal, and there's still no progress. Is this normal?

If they are generally this inefficient, I think I would leave them too

Let me guess, they lost a lot of customers because of the hacking incidents and their cash flow is fucked. The last bills they pay are to their affiliate partners, because it’s better to lose future sales than to get cut off by an upstream provider, and affiliate partners don’t add fees and rarely show up with a debt collector.

This is often the first sign of a deadpool.

  • A common approach is to first verify their stated processing time for withdrawals, as this can vary significantly. If that window has passed, it's best to open a support ticket with your transaction details. Sometimes a direct inquiry is needed to prompt action or get an explanation for the delay.

They had a pretty bad break'in few days ago, they had to go on full repair mode perhaps its affecting somewhat their response time to the affiliate program. It's actually quite common that the affiliate program is an afterthought, not saying you wont get paid but a company must pay the primary bills first, but again this is just guess because of the hack they suffered.

    I think so.

There has been no change so far. If there are any updates later, I will post them in this thread.

  • It seems the impact they suffered is indeed very severe.

  • They paid me the money; thank God, it looks like their finances have improved.

See, all is well that ends well , but I guess we were spot on the money though, it was in-fact due to what happened during that break-in. Glad you got it sorted but don't lose hope in them because of it, they paid you out, they seem reliable enough to do what's right, they just suffered as we all can
