I am interested in acquiring a VPS with the following specifications:
2 CPU cores (or better)
4GB RAM
Access to mail ports for email communication
Budget: $3 to $4 per month
Please rest assured that the server will be used for legitimate purposes, including hosting websites and communicating with customers via email.
Additionally, I would like to confirm if PayPal is accepted as a payment method for your hosting plans.

Second plan is 3.50 euros with open mail ports and specs you ask for.
Most of the german providers, don't have problems with opened mail ports.
If outbound emails are to your customer, I think you must use SMTP relay. They are affordable and with better deliverability.
