Just bought a storage box.
1GB wasn't enough RAM for a Proxmox Backup Server install.

Submitted a ticket, they offered a paid memory upgrade. Invoice paid and memory increased.
The entire experience from purchasing, selecting an ISO, getting the memory upgraded and doing the install was very smooth.

I was already an Onidel fan but this just proves their quality given the amount of time they have clearly spent tuning all aspects of their product.

Onidel Object Storage is S3-compatible so any WordPress S3 plugin should be able to work with it. Just point it to our S3 endpoint.

That's something you would have to implement yourself, we don't support such features out-of-the-box.

I just ordered an hourly VPS on your site. After using only 14GB of bandwidth, I got a warning saying "Your bandwidth usage in APAC has reached 100%".
Now I'm getting charged extra for bandwidth even though the plan comes with 1TB. I didn't know there was also an overall bandwidth limit on top of that.
This kinda sucks. I wouldn't have gone with your service if I'd known about these limits.

Traffic on hourly billing is allocated differently than on other billing periods, it increases over time. We have that explained here:

This is a measure to prevent abuse where someone creates an instance, uses the full allocation and destroys a service within few hours.

Please open a ticket if you wish to have the overage refunded (as account credits), since we understand this could've been confusing to you.

Was about to post the same on how the bandwidth utilization would typically work when using an hourly billing.

Would showing the bandwidth usage in 2 parts help?
Like 1gb/hr (1tb/month) reduce confusion?
