    are the problem were on the virtualizor cluster only ? if I request the move, then moved to the virtfusion server(s), all this random shutdown will disappear ?

    @Chunkserve I bought 3 servers from you. And here are their uptime stats. And every week the statistics are the same. What should I do to make the newest and most expensive server as stable as the second and third? Especially considering that you haven't responded to the ticket for more than 1 week.

    Nothing changed, It's just as bad as ever.

    Because changing the ip breaks the DNS on the server. It took me a long time with ChatGPT to figure out the cause and fix it. Try disabling ipv6. If you need it, then it will take a long time to configure it.

    It was solved now by the support.
    Before i already changed my DNS, but this alone didn't help.

    YOUR VM was stuck, after waiting 48 hours of no reply.. so i cancelled it... after 2 hours it got cancelled.. ticket id - #KHM-711595 where does the refund will go? since yor next renewl is nov 2026...

    If you need ChatGPT to do basic stuff like changing an IP and not discover yourself that some things with DNS are not working, then I can imagine you find IPv6 difficult. However, everyone who has knowledge of what they're doing is usually able to set it up easily.

    It's almost been 2 days since I have opened a support ticker but still didn't get any response also my server was down a couple of days ago I didn't even know for how much time. Kindly check since my payment due date is soon as well as I won't be free from tomorrow, ticket id- #SSI-275456
