Hi, unfortunately I'm not aware of these problems occurring frequently. We always report what happens. There seems to have been a problem with our upstream/DC a little while ago. We're still checking. We'll let you know as soon as we have more information. However, uptime remains good and high.

My Y-VPS is not reachable any more after the network incidents this morning.
I hit reboot in the Panel, which then said "Reboot failed". Now everything is grayed out, can't boot. Reboot or power off. Panel says "running" and at the same time "Restart 0%" in the log.
Is it worth opening a ticket, because it says there will be limited support until May. 1st?

I have two X series. One was running until a few minutes ago now is dead, the other is badly crashed with seg fault and can't be rebooted from the dashboard (or from the VNC console sending ctl+alt+delete)

My VPS is stopped and cannot boot.

When I press Boot, the task is cancelled with this error:
"The system failed to respond to the action request. Further attempts are likely to be cancelled until the system is responding normally. Try again in five minutes."
Please check the host node / hypervisor and start the VPS manually.
Do not rebuild the server, please only boot/recover it.
