We literally already had this discussion. How about merging these threads?

    Previous thread was nuked

WTF?! Sensure the offending poster, delete the offending posts, move along. That's the resonable thing to do. Nuking the whole thread just pisses everybody off, including those that meaningfully contributed and now have to see the whole thing being rehashed in another thread again.

There were no problematic posts, unless discussion of ways to bypass censorship (e.g. VPNs, spoofing, icmptx, etc.) are against the rules, which they are not.

Is there any reason why my thread was nuked? @FAT32 :'(

I found a provider thanks to a friend here. To be clear, in the last 2 days that I've been using the VPS to connect to the free world, I haven't hacked NASA, DDoSed Google, or done any other shenanigans other than the legitimate purpose I already mentioned in my request. Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter

I'm looking for a small VPS to run as the server end of a personal VPN tunnel. I'm based in Iran and the tunneling techniques that currently work from my side require the server to send packets with non-standard source addressing, so I need a provider whose network doesn't enforce strict source address validation (BCP38) at the edge.

To be very clear about what this is and isn't:

    • Use case: A single tunnel, just for me, connecting my client to this VPS. Low volume. Destination is my own infrastructure only.
    • Not: reflection, amplification, spoofed traffic aimed at third parties, or anything that would generate abuse complaints. Zero interest in that.
    • Restrictions are fine. If the provider wants to rate-limit egress, whitelist destinations, or otherwise put guardrails on the account to prevent misuse, I'm happy to work within that. The goal is a working tunnel, not unrestricted spoofing.

    Requirements:

    • KVM, full root, IPv4. IPv6 a bonus.
    • ~$5–10/month range, monthly billing preferred for initial testing.
    • Turkey or Europe preferred for latency from Iran, but other locations are fine if the network policy is right.
    • Payment method flexibility appreciated (Iranian cards don't work with most providers; crypto is fine on my end).

Has anyone here set up something similar in the last 6 months? Happy to take DMs if you'd rather not name providers publicly. I understand this topic is sensitive and I'm not looking to burn anyone's working provider — just looking for a starting point.
    Thanks.

We provide for @Murv like this. We just need to know the IP you'll be spoofing. We won't allow spoof all, but for that IP / those IPs that are whitelisted we can allow to spoof them for this purpose.

Just message us and let us know in ticket before an order.

    I am from Iran too
Does anybody know a Russian hosting that is good for ip spoofing?
I heard they have much cheaper and more reliable servers.
If you know any other hosting from any country please share!!!

    Hi @EvilMan

Don't you also need a spoofing capable server on the Iran side? Who is your provider there?

    Regards

Now that you've asked that, I don’t think we’ll ever hear back from him.

You're right, a spoofable server also needs to be found in Iran.
Iranian servers are very cheap, and by testing each of their IP ranges, there is a small chance of finding a spoofable server. However, since foreign servers are very expensive for us, I can't test all of them, and I need your help with this task.

How? That shit costs like $5 a month.

As mentioned in this thread @avsisp might let you spoof if you contact him before ordering and there's also @MAXKO_Hosting 's Serbia VPS.

Edit: Keep in mind, MAXKO might be doing some shady stuff

Like mentioned above your initial comment here, @avsisp is able to do that in Macedonia at least, only for a limited set of IP addresses you provide. (to prevent obvious risks of ip spoofing)

Prices start at 5 eur/mo, not sure if that's very expensive for you. From my limited research Iranian servers are more expensive, and also require strict KYC stuff.
So in that regards, you should likely have better and more stable experience with avsisp.

    That's quite expensive unless it's 3c6G RAM.
    If it's 1C1G, it's sold at normal "deals" $10-12/year.

    Thank you ❤️

We highly recommend MKD servers for this purpose. Double specs are still active also - so you're getting more bang for your buck.

Simply send us a ticket. We have lists of known Iranian working IPs that we can provide you for spoofing (about 18 ranges total, giving you random ones in them to not overlap with other spoofers) or you can give us your own list we can allow.

Basically the process at this point is:
    1) sign up normal
    2) order MKD (recommended for best speed and performance - it's mostly Cogent which somehow seems to be best connections to Iran from Europe for stable speeds) or any location EXCEPT UK (upstream filters spoofs there, we can't control that)
    3) send a ticket subject "Iran" or "Spoof" either with your list to whitelist or tell us to add you some and we add from a mix of those ranges we know random IPs in them.

  • @ValdikSS do you know is that way of ip-spoofing will be suitable for RU while whitelists lasts?

I mean, may be users in RU can spoof "VK IP" too like Iranians do?

Confirmed: Live metrics show a partial restoration to internet connectivity in #Iran on day 88, after 2093 hours of near-total isolation from international networks, the longest nationwide internet shutdown in modern history.
