  • No Email / rDNS Services: To protect our IPv4 reputation, ports 25 and 465 are permanently blocked and cannot be unblocked under any circumstances. All other ports remain open.

  • Refund Policy & Replacements:

    1. Instant deployment plans enjoy a 72-hour refund policy, provided the two-way traffic does not exceed 10GB and the IP is clean (not blocked).
    2. Presale plans cannot be refunded before deployment, but enjoy the same 72-hour refund policy after the server is provisioned.
    3. Existing users who feel "left out" by our new deals can calculate the residual value of their current services and refund it to their account balance to purchase anniversary products.

  • Strict Stock Limit: All services (including presales) are strictly limited to exactly 40 units per plan. Once sold out, they will NEVER be restocked.

    It existed before, but it’s outdated now, so I think it needs to be retested.

    Plus, since the YABS results are text-based, it’s far too easy to tamper with them.

    I currently have 3 servers from Bitsflow (high-performance ones & one with optimized network); I used to have 5. What first attracted me was the price, and then their responsible attitude. As for uptime and stability, some of the locations are far from perfect in 2025, but I can see improvement.
    So, as a new provider, it has to endure harsh criticism from angry customers. The CEO definitely has a big heart.
