Hostshield VPS offline – no response from support
Hi,
I currently have a VPS with @Hostshield_LTD (hostshield.net) (VPSID 4964) which is completely offline (not reachable, restart unsuccessful), causing a full outage on my side.
I’ve already opened a support ticket, but only received a generic response so far referring me to the knowledge base. I’ve already gone through all knowledge base articles while waiting. (Last time the outage took whole day with no info update whatsoever.)
The VPS is paid for until December.
There was no prior notification about any maintenance.
At this point I’m trying to understand:
Is anyone else experiencing issues with Hostshield right now?
Are they still actively operating and responding to incidents?
Any information or recent experiences would be greatly appreciated.

If I recall correctly, Hostshield is at the same datacenter with HostSlick? It might be related to a power outage.

I can't access my server via IPv4 or VNC, but strangely enough SSH via IPv6 works.
VPS has started and is available again via IPv4
Mine came back as well.
