The deals should have ended about 4 hours ago. Just checked and can see there are still deals up but only HFC are there.

Hopefully we will get better deals next time (black friday?), but it doesn't seem like RAM price is going to go down anytime soon

Yes it's usually recurring and unless there is some drastic change of conditions it should stay the same price (for as long as I know it has been the case with HH)

Hosthatch has been good.... i would buy it if i have use for it.

support on LET plans are always slow but they get answered.

I will sound very conflicted, and that's also how I feel regarding this host. I am with them since 2013 - seriously. Right now I have there 4 or 5 VPSes 🙂
There were good times, a lot of good times, and there were frustrating times. As a hosting provider (you know, servers, network, uptime, etc.), I can't say one bad thing. But if something dies, something doesn't work, then you may be lucky and they will respond and fix the issue relatively fast. But there's also a big chance that no one will answer for a longer time, or there will be inital response and then nothing will move, you won't know what's going on, should you migrate or wait a bit longer... and you will be helpless for day, sometimes weeks.

And God forbid to show frustration and criticize that via a ticket, then you may experience even more of this frustrating passive-aggressive stance like: "as you're not happy, we will cancel your service and refund you - here's your money and gtfo" (with nicer words of course) no matter that you've been there for years.
But to be fair, their infrastructure is good, it's stable, they are ambitious, etc. It's just this frustrating feeling when, once in a while (not often), something dies and no one is really there to deal with it for a week or two... when days pass and nothing moves.

TL;DR
They are decent, they really are, as a hosting service (infrastructure) and their simple yet useful not-so-new anymore control panel is really nice... but I would be very wary of suggesting them to a friend because they might curse me one day out of frustration.
