Hostshield on the way to ...

Because some threads here i.e. :
[RESOLVED] What's up with Hostmayo? Are they gone?
AvenaCloud suspended and deleted my paid VPS for non-payment... ah, well...

I might need to create this thread.

First of all, let just mention @Hostshield_LTD .

I had try to reach their email (support at hostshield net) but got no response. My account at their billing were locked out because the service were suspended, so I can't create support ticket.

The suspension were happened around a year ago, 2 or 3month after renewing the service. I had try to resolve the issue but the service still can't be used. I had other vps so I just move on when my response on the billing (the abuse report) and the mail ignored & existing service suspended. Imagine my surprise of incoming bill of the suspended service a vew weeks ago. I sent another email to support but got no response (again). The bill reminders keeps coming, even after due date with added late fee. I think this were automated by the billing software, so I just ignore them. I lost no money, except my last payment 3month before suspension.

So, for other users of Hostshield, please consider to move your service to other provider while waiting for the Hostshield response.

I had check their domain, and it will expired in a month or so. So please while it still working normally, just use the time to backup / move your service. If this warning were false, at least you had current backup for your running service.

Lets wait for the host to response to this thread.

    My Storage VPS has been offline for a month currently. Same for my two open tickets to you that are sitting untackled up to date (#807963, #038893). Just let me make a backup and move out anywhere else with piece. Thanks.

  • OP, you fucked yourself with this dumb topic used.

    In the future, make a better topic than trailing off. Ain't nobody got time for that.

    Lastly, if you don't share ticket contents, you're not going to get much sympathy from LET or mods. Show tickets showing provider incompetence, ignorance or malfeasance and you'll get more support and attention.

    Hi,

    My VPS (VPSID 4964) is currently not reachable (Status: Offline, restart unsuccessful), and this is causing a full service outage on my side.

    I’ve already opened a support ticket, but only received a generic response so far referring me to the knowledge base. I’ve already gone through all knowledge base articles while waiting. (Last time the outage took whole day with no info update whatsoever.)

    The VPS is paid for until December.

    There was no prior notification about any maintenance.

    Since this is time-sensitive, I would really appreciate:

    any update on the status
    
    confirmation if this is a known issue
    
    and an estimated timeframe for resolution, if possible
