need a server with ip spoofing enabled
since the only way of getting a connection in my country is to spoof your IP as one of the WhiteListed IPs, i need a server which can recieve and send packets with spoofed IP ( src IP can be something other than my server's IP ).
i own the servers that i want to send traffic to ( i can prove that ) and i won't be using that for abuse or DDOS.
budget is not important as of now, send me your offers
