Alexhost does not own AvenaCloud. The owner of AvenaCloud worked at our company a few years ago.
We’re doing our best. It’s obvious that there’s always criticism when we do something good.
As for the rest, we’ll have to wait for the owner of AvenaCloud. And obviously, what is a company waiting for? Unfortunately, we never know what tomorrow will bring.
We won’t respond to this kind of criticism.
Alexhost
I am myself thankful to your team for stepping up on this, and I guess everyone affected as well (including myself), as the main problem is now fixed. Now, what's going to happen with AvenaCloud in the future is a totally different thing I'd rather not get into.
But as someone trying to be as neutral as possible, one would ask what level of access did AvenaCloud Owner grant your company, or what kind of access has your company had so far, and if AvenaCloud has disclosed such access. I don't care personally because I have services with you as well so you already have my information either way, but that's not the case for everyone.
If this was simply an overdue invoice, pay invoice, and have RPKI/IRR objects created then that is totally fine in my opinion
Moldova is not in the EU so laws there are different, though. Not that I'm trying nor want to act as a Low End Lawyer to be honest.
Wishing the best for the owner, had I known about his situation, I would've probably retained myself from saying certain comments.
Dear AlexHost Team,
Thank you for the update and for being transparent about the current situation. I am genuinely concerned to hear about the AvenaCloud company owner’s health and sincerely wish him a full and speedy recovery.
However, I am still experiencing a critical issue with my VPS. The IPv4 address currently assigned to my server (193.233.246.0/24) is still not reachable. According to network diagnostic tools, the address is not announced by any AS and has 0 hosts associated with it, which means the entire IP range remains inaccessible. As a result, my services are still completely down.
Additionally, I have a more urgent matter regarding my server’s renewal. My service is due to expire soon, and I had previously requested to cancel it. However, I have now decided to continue using the service and would like to proceed with renewal as soon as possible. Could you please assist me with this process, or let me know if there is a way to renew despite the current limitations?
I truly appreciate your efforts to support clients under these circumstances.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Moon
I’ll say even more: in both Moldova and Transnistria, everything is decided by Sheriff 😉 those who know, know.
There has been a new development in this matter. I just received a ticket response, and my IP has been replaced. Everything seems to be working normally for now.

Dear AvenaCloud Customers and LowEndTalk Community,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my recent absence and the inconvenience it may have caused. Over the past period, I was unable to be available due to unexpected health issues. I’m glad to share that my condition has improved and I have now fully returned to normal activity.
During this time, I understand that communication and support may not have met your expectations, and for that, I take full responsibility. Your trust is extremely important to me, and I regret any frustration or uncertainty this situation may have created.
I’m pleased to inform you that our datacenter is currently operating under normal conditions. In order to prevent similar situations in the future and improve overall reliability, we will be performing a migration over the coming days. This process may take several hours, but it is a necessary step to strengthen our infrastructure and ensure better stability going forward.
We will do our best to minimize any disruption and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
Sincerely,
AvenaCloud Team
Migration to Alexhost DC?
How will migration prevent "similar situations" like paid servers getting suspended and terminated due to your absence, when there was no one for clients to work with?
Migration won't miraculously address those issues, will it?
Migration will solve these problems because after migration, payment monitoring will be carried out by multiple people, and problems with payments will no longer arise. Also, monitoring the router and the entire infrastructure will be permanently in the sights of several people.
avenacloud.com down again? Approx 2 hrs my VPS and site don`t work.
Down as well for me. Probably migrating to Alexhost
The migration has been postponed and right now colleagues are working intensively to have all services online as soon as possible.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience.
My VPS still offline. Could you please provide an estimated timeline for when it might be back online?
