prefer intel xeon cpu
at least 16gb of ram
with 1 normal ssd of only 250gb
and 2 hdd's what sizes can you do ? in hardware raid 0
and with a gpu capable of transcoding 2 4k streams (should be someting like gtx 1080ish)

To me 8mb/s IO is completely unusable. Why do people buy these? It is not a good deal @ $20. And, why don't the hosts fix this kind of stuff? Is it because there is a "sucker born every minute" or something else that I am missing?
