Unfortunately not, we don't deploy Intel Xeon servers with GPUs and the price would be 2-3x higher, since we don't build such small Intel Xeon servers. Why exactly would an Intel Xeon be preferred in your case?
cause that one has mostly dell idrac or hp ilo
im not aware of ryzen cpu with proper ipmi functionally
AsRock Rack, MSI and Gigabyte? They all do AM5 server mobo’s with IPMI.
