Lakenetworks.it - maybe not so stable but best support experience ever!

I feel like I should to post about them :) And I love how they talk to customers and how they deal with our tickets. I do not know how others feel about them but after having many vps from LET offers during last 10 years I can honestly say that they give me best feeling about them.
Maybe they have problems with stability as they are small new on the block company but they are a way way better then others from here (from Italy o can compare them to c1vhosting - what is a total mistake...)
To all Lakenetworks crew! Keep going you are doing good job there. All LET providers should be like you in area of support. Totally Love You way <3

TO THOSE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH TOPIC UNDERSTANDING THIS POST IS ABOUT MY PERSONAL FEELINGS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIER SUPPORT AND HOW THEY TALK WITH THIER CUSTOMERS!

As some people here is see has problems with topic and this specific review understating. If you have so much frustration inside of you I feel sorry for you :)
And NO, they do not sponsor me in any way. They are just nice people in my feeling.

Not not really. Uptime is about 80% but they deal with tickets quick, and always honest and professional way. I have a vps for 9usd each quarter and I do not expect from a "young" project like this for this money 99% SLA. I have many cheap vps from here and even a fight with many of them as they have almost no support and they was just a scammers. They are really make a good job there... So stop shitposting

    Hi @elusiVeRPG

Could you share what exactly makes interactions with them so appealing?
I'd love to understand what customers value in the overall support experience :)

    Thanks!

I don't think it's coming across as how you want to frame this.

You have very unreliable uptime but at least they reply to tickets? How is this supposed to be seen as positive?

Yes im with them about 4 months right now and have a few problems with my vm there, and they always response quick, with good attitude and never be "looking from above"

If you read my other post you will se that im not "hyping them" as is just my feeling that with people like them I can work with. I even do not use their affiliate system.

As I know how it works... they are quite new and if they say they are improving they really are not like c1v for example. Is not hyping and is opinion about them as people in this post. Many providers with problems are just "fuck off" kind of support but with them I feel for a first time that the young provider really are do care and try to improve services.

And about uptime if they are down last time that was issue what make actually uptime percentage down as it was general outage there for a few hrs normally uptime is about 98%. (I did not check it exactly but only during the last general outage by them I had problem with accessing my vps there)

What has support quality to the website? :D and no I not work for them actually I provide free services for ppl from here like tunnel broker. And I've tested many of "cheap" vps. So tell me if is bad to cut costs and do a website with ai? :D And where is support quality here?

I did not measure this it was a number I think is reasonable for last month as they have a major outage due to problems with electric supply and this was improved. Normally it was about way way more stable if I will not count this major outage.

Hi all, I’m with LakeNetworks. We are a team of 4 people. I've requested an Host Rep tag so we can better talk with the community, but my request is still pending, and I wanted to clarify a few points raised in this thread.

First off, thanks to @elusiVeRPG for the post. He doesn't work for us and this is not a sponsored post, but we appreciated it.

To clear things up and to be transparent about our issues, here is the log of our outages so far during 2026:

Jan 3: We rebooted a secondary virtualization node for maintenance.
Feb 24 and Feb 28: Electrical faults at our location in Como.
March 16: We physically moved the servers to a new location in Milan (SeeWeb Via Caldera) specifically to get away from the Como electricity issues.
April 20: A NIC broke on our main virtualization node, and after fixing it, some VM panel issues happened.

I will be honest and I think that in 2025 our outages were more frequent so it's clear that things are improving; as you can see from the server move in March, we are not just letting things stay broken and we're trying to improve the infrastructure and our procedures every day. To confirm what said by OP, our uptime in the last 30 days was 98.63% on the node where the user has the service and 99.06% in 2026.

@oloke, to answer your question about our support, our approach is just treating people like human beings. When you are a small growing host and hardware fails, the least you can do is avoid feeding your clients corporate BS and gaslighting them, and we don't hide when things break. We try to be empathetic and reasonable with our users in every ticket.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. We know we still have work to do on stability.

It seems you didn't count migration as downtime. If not, it would be somewhere around 83.33%, as you had 10 days, 2 hours 17 minutes to move the server inbetween March 16 and March 26.

Edit: oh wait, it seems it's migrated temporarily to Milan. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . So, I'm guessing you move the vm to rented racks to avoid lots of downtime, while you're moving the rack

We are renting rackspace inside Invisiontech Group rack and running our own servers there for the time being; the migration began on March 16 at 17:00 Italy time and most clients were back online by around 20:00 on March 16, 2026.

We still aren't sure when Como is going to be reopened, we have to fix deep electrical issues. Service will continue in Milan for now.

Hi, LakeNetworks is not affiliated with C1VHosting in any way. We know Luca and his company, but we are not working or collaborating with him at the moment.

Hi! I can confirm that, as I've said many times in the past, I left SynthoHosting precisely for reasons related to mismanagement and disagreeing ideas. I don't think I should be crucified for this. :P
