  @Jojo56 If paint time and response doesnt matter, just buy any cheap s3/vps storage and use your current server as cache proxy.
  This will save you alot of cost and dont have to care about DMCA stuff

  Sounds like a client for Calin or Novogara/IP Volume. Novogara already hosts a lot of those kind of sites.
